Westerner 2 - I did the Westerner 2 in June 2006 and I loved it! I can't wait till my next trek. We started in LA and went on to lovely beachside camp sites to see the proper California. Westerner 2 - We did Westerner 2 in August 2004 and we just want to say that it was the BEST trip EVER! Considering neither of us wanted to do a trek it was a very memorable experience. Westerner 3 - What an amazing 3 weeks of excitement, new experiences and new friends. Western Sun - Just wanted to write in and let everyone know what an amazing time I had with Trek. I went on the Western Sun trek leaving LA on 31st Dec 2007 and spent an awesome 3 weeks exploring the best of the West. Had a fab time and really recommend this trip to anyone and everyone. Western Wonder - I did the Western Wonder back in 2004 and it was great.. I was lucky to have a great bunch of people on my bus but the Trek leader made everyone feel relaxed. I did this trip back in April of 1995, and the people I had met on the trip had left an indelible impression on my mind... Canyon Adventure - I have just come back from probably the most amazing trip of my life! I think I had more new experiences and spent more time in the great outdoors in the 10 days of the trip than I have in the last 4 years. Dixieland - I took part in an amazing trip "Dixieland" in the summer 2006. I was thinking about going to some trips and I found out that there is no more "Dixieland" in your offer. That's really surprising 'cause I think it was one of the best trips you could offer! :) I was amazed with all the places we have travelled! Our Trek Leader - Paul Nicolas, a great guy and the best tour leader you can imagine, made our trip even more interesting. Almost every day we were in a different, beautiful place. Atlantic Dream - It's nearly two weeks since I came back from the Atlantic Dream trek and I am still remembering all the great new experiences I had on this tour. We had Tiffani as our tour guide, who was extremely organised, friendly and helpful at some points it was just like having another trekker with us. My favourite activity had to be Whitewater rafting. It was amazing and if you're brave enough you can get out of the boat and go down some rapids by yourself! I have made 11 new friends and we're all staying in contact and sharing photo's with the help of Facebook. My favourite place was New Orleans, it's such an amazing place... The Grand Trek - I was a solo traveller, as were most of the group, but within a couple of days everyone was really comfortable in everyone else's company, it was as if we had all known each other for a long time. Southerner - I've just finished a three month world tour travelling on my own and still look back on the Trek tour as the highlight. The concept of 14 complete strangers in a mini bus is a weird concept but somehow it works. The Grand Trek - The 6 weeks we spent doing the Grand Trek last year were simply unforgettable. Transcontinental North - I did the Trans. North trek back in June 2006 and still miss it to this day. It's definately the best way for you to see exactly what the US has to offer. This trek varied from seeing the big cities like Chicago and San Fran to stumbling across the little places like Cody, Wyoming. The views from Yellowstone and Yosemite are absolutely unbelievable... Alaska Kenai - It was only 3 days into my Alaskan trek and I was already seeing a world that back packing independently would have failed to deliver. Canadian Pioneer & The Trailblazer - We went on the Canadian Pioneer in August '07 and had a great time, white water rafting, kayaking, seeing the Yankees play, eating lobster, and trying to talk French. Dixieland Trail and Mountain Trail 1993 - Hi there, what a great site from TrekAmerica. It has been a long time since 1993 when I first did the Dixie tour starting 18 July in Key Largo FL. Southern Sun, Northern Trail and 3 weeks across Canada - 20 years ago I joined the Southern Sun in LA and had one of the best times of my life followed by the Northern trail. 2 years later I came back for 3 weeks across Canada, again one of the best times of my life. I am now trying to convince my friend who I met 20 years ago on the Southern Sun tour we should go on one of the Footloose tours. I recommend Trek America to everyone I meet...
